“We are switching things up this week! You ready?
Join us on >> Sunday EVENING << for your weekly dose of Dance Medicine.
We have another new soul joining our dance family this week showering us with that DJ magic.
Meet Kidd Buddha
*•. An artist whose goal is to bring drum circle energy to the dancefloor. He believes dancing is an ancient ritual that forms a communal connection between each other as well as the collective consciousness. Through curating a sonic journey, Kidd Buddha tells musical stories to guide his audiences to experience a sense of nirvana through organic, tribal, hard drum, and ethnic house/techno music.

But first....
Warm Up your body, AND your VOICE with Faye Adinda
This beautiful sister will be guiding us in the warm up, and also gracing us with her healing tones for the sound bath.
.
•*º Ready to open your voice and tap into the magic of singing in community?
Singing sacred songs together can be an unbelievably ecstatic experience of healing and belonging.
In this Song Circle, we will learn easy-to-memorize songs that we sing as a group. Certain songs will even have harmonies, multiple parts, and activities that go along with them!
And guess what..? You don’t have to be an experienced singer at all!
It is so empowering to sing beyond what society deems a “good singer”. This is a safe space to practice opening your voice in a non-judgmental, supportive and loving group container, while singing songs that remind us of our deepest truths.
This song circle will be led by Faye Adinda, a singer/songwriter/musician and song leader. She is passionate in helping people open their voices, find self-empowerment and healing through song, and step into their unique expressions. Faye writes and carries songs based in positive affirmations, and specializes in songs of remembrance, self-love & acceptance, and community connection.
